Every extra character after 2 characters incurs a +50$ USD fee.Painting above would be 300$ USD.These aren't strict rules. For example, you could have a crowd in the background of a painting where they aren't the focus, I obviously wouldn't charge you for every one of them. I will not design a character for you, this brings up another point and that is; PLEASE have a clear idea of what you're thinking of, WITH references that you think fit what you're thinking of.
It doesn't have to be a full reference sheet of your character or whatever it is, give me a sketch at least.
Doing so will save me the unnecessary extra effort and you'll probably be more satisfied with the final result.I only accept full upfront payments for first-time customers.
If you ever wanna work with me again, I accept half-upfront, half-later!

The commission process goes something like this:1. I draw multiple small thumbnails illustrating composition and character posing.
2. Choose which you want to go with.
3. I get to work. I'll update you after every drawing session, take advice, make any small changes requested, and repeat.
4. We keep iterating until we're both satisfied with the result.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Failure to follow the terms of service may result in a cancellation of your commission. In the case that your commission is canceled via a breach of my terms of service, a refund may not be provided.

  • PAYMENT: Paypal, or Bank transfer.

  • I only accept payment in USD.

  • I will not begin work on your commission until I'm paid.

  • Any change requests made late into the drawing process that require a large edit will incur an additional fee (for example, telling me to change an entire pose). Be sure you're completely satisfied with the sketch phase to avoid this. It'll save me a lot of trouble. changing poses, lighting, or anything during the final stages requires me to rethink the entire composition and several other aspects of the drawing. I won't be shy about charging you up to half the original commission price or more if you do this. Please work with me when I'm making the sketches at the initial stage!

  • Please credit me when posting the commission on social media.

  • Commissioned products are not permitted to be used commercially unless previously consented by me. Commissions intended for commercial use will be charged differently and incur additional fees.

  • You are not authorized to use my work for product advertisement, merchandise, or any other means of obtaining profit without my expressed and direct consent.

  • Personal use of the final product is authorized. This means you are welcome to use it for public icons, headers, backgrounds, as well as to print or display the artwork so long as it does not breach any of the Terms of Service.

  • It is unauthorized to associate my work with, or use my work to promote negativity, racism, homophobia, transphobia, discrimination, or hateful rhetoric of any kind.

  • AI use prohibited.

  • If the Terms of Service are breached by the commissioner, I reserve the right to revoke personal use authorization of the product at any time.

IN CASE OF A REFUND

  • Refunds in the event of a cancellation are not guaranteed and will be dependent on the stage the commission has reached.

  • No refunds for Lineart commissions. Max refund for a painting is 50%, only eligable during the beginning phase.

  • Complete or nearly completed commissions are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

  • If a cancellation is initiated as a result of the commissioner breaking the terms of service, no refund or compensation will be provided of any kind.

  • If a cancellation is initiated as a result of my own personal complications that prevent the completion of your commission, and is by no fault of the commissioner, a full refund will be provided.
