Failure to follow the terms of service may result in a cancellation of your commission. In the case that your commission is canceled via a breach of my terms of service, a refund may not be provided.

Be Polite, I don't tolerate rudeness or disrespect.

PAYMENT: SWIFT or IBAN transfer is more preferabble to me, though if you're unwilling to go through the trouble I can work with Paypal.

I only accept payment in USD,

I will not begin work on your commission until I'm paid.

Any change requests made after the line-art stage that require a large edit will incur an additional fee (for example, telling me to change an entire pose). Be sure you're completely satisfied with the sketch phase to avoid this. It'll save me a lot of trouble. changing poses, lighting, or anything during the final stages requires me to rethink the entire composition and several other aspects of the drawing. I won't be shy about charging you up to half the original commission price or more if you do this.

Any public use of my work must be accompanied by proper and clear credit to me as the creator. I reserve the right to remove any publications of my work at any time that do not fulfill my expectations for proper credit or violate any of the Terms of Service in any way.

Commissioned products are not permitted to be used commercially unless previously consented by me. Commissions intended for commercial use will be charged differently and incur additional fees.

You are not authorized to use my work for product advertisement, merchandise, or any other means of obtaining profit without my expressed and direct consent. Under no circumstances can my artwork be used for or associated with NFTs.

Personal use of the final product is authorized. This means you are welcome to use it for public icons, headers, backgrounds, as well as to print or display the artwork so long as it does not breach any of the Terms of Service.

It is unauthorized to associate my work with, or use my work to promote negativity, racism, homophobia, transphobia, discrimination, or hateful rhetoric of any kind.

If the Terms of Service are breached by the commissioner, I reserve the right to revoke personal use authorization of the product at any time.

Breaking the Terms of Service in any way means you consent to having any of our interactions and conversations published publicly without anonymity. Doing so means you consent to your name and identity being publicized, and I am not responsible for any repercussions that occur as a result.

Refunds in the event of a cancellation are not guaranteed and will be dependent on the stage the commission has reached.

Once I have begun working on your commission, the maximum possible refund is 50%. The further the commission has progressed, the lower that percentage will become. Here are the stages of the commission with their associated maximum refund: Sketch: 50% max refund. Line-art: 35% max refund. Painting: 15% refund.

Complete or nearly completed commissions are not eligible for refunds of any kind.

If a cancellation is initiated as a result of the commissioner breaking the terms of service, no refund or compensation will be provided of any kind.

If a cancellation is initiated as a result of my own personal complications that prevent the completion of your commission, and is by no fault of the commissioner, a full refund will be provided.
